Welcome to The Bakeshoppe — a small, curated extension of The Recipe Workshop™, created for anyone local to Airdrie, Alberta 💛

After closing my bakery in 2020, I stepped away from day-to-day baking and spent several years focused on recipe development — creating, testing, and refining recipes for clients. That chapter became the foundation of The Recipe Workshop™, allowing me to stay deeply connected to the craft while working behind the scenes.

Over time, though, I felt pulled back to baking — not at full scale, but in a way that felt intentional, manageable, and enjoyable.

That’s where The Bakeshoppe comes in.

Today, this space is about sharing fresh, finished bakes locally — crafted with care, baked in small runs, and released in limited, thoughtfully curated menus. Each week, a short menu is shared for pre-order only. Orders open a few days in advance and must be reserved before delivery. Once a week’s menu sells out, it’s gone until the next release.

Alongside the weekly menu, the Avenue Archives are also available — a collection of familiar favourites and throwback bakes from earlier chapters, offered for those who enjoy revisiting old classics. It’s simply another way to explore what the Bakeshoppe has to offer.

The Bakeshoppe is not a full bakery, and it’s not about volume. It’s about timing, balance, and sharing what’s coming out of my kitchen right now.

How it works: Preorder through my weekly menu, and I’ll deliver to your home, business or prearranged meetup spot on the scheduled delivery days.

Where I deliver: Within Airdrie (meetup locations available for non Airdrie residents)

When: Thursdays between 2-6 (specific time windows can be discussed and requested alternate days can be arranged with 48 hours notice Tues-Fri)

Bakeshoppe Menu

Preorders open on Sundays at noon for our weekly drop. Menus go live each Sunday at noon for 24 hours (or until sold out)

Next Menu drop is April 5 for April 9 delivery.

The Avenue Archives Menu will stay live with 48 hours noticed required for Tuesday through Friday deliveries. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will have deliveries go out the following Tuesday or for date requested. If no date is chosen delivery will go out by default with our regular Thursday delivery schedule.

The Avenue Archives

The Avenue Archives is a sweet throwback to my original bakery days--a mix of old favorites and long missed treats. Some will stay constant, some will take a turn, and a few might make a comeback when the timing feels right. 48 hours minimum notice required for Tuesday to Friday delivery.

A limited number of special requests can be made on prearranged days only through Contact form or use notes at checkout, so if you don’t see something listed, or you wanted something from a previous menu this is where you can request those items as well.
