Before You Order

Every batch from The Bakeshoppe by The Recipe Workshop is baked fresh to order, right here in Airdrie.

Orders are available Tuesday through Friday, with most deliveries taking place on Thursdays between 2 PM and 6 PM.

You can request a specific weekday at checkout — but if no date is selected, your order will be included in Thursday’s delivery run by default.

I keep things small, flexible, and personal — which means every box and bake is prepared just for you.

How much notice do you need?

Orders require at least 48 hours’ notice, as every batch is baked to order.
Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday — no weekend deliveries.
During busy holiday weeks, some dates may close early once they’re full.

Do you deliver in Airdrie?

Yes! Local delivery is available within Airdrie city limits.
Orders over $25 include free delivery; smaller orders have a $5 delivery fee.
Meet-up spots can be arranged for orders from outside delivery area.

Can I pick up my order instead?

My kitchen isn’t open to the public, so I currently offer delivery only.
It keeps things simple, safe, and fully compliant under Alberta’s home-prepared foods regulations.

Are your items nut-free or gluten-free?

While some recipes don’t contain nuts, my kitchen is not nut-free or gluten-free.
Allergen information is clearly listed on each product label, and I’m always happy to answer questions before you order.

How should I store my treats?

Most items are best enjoyed within 3 days of delivery. Refrigerate bars for extended enjoyment.
Cookies, loaf and bars freeze beautifully — just wrap them well and thaw at room temperature when you’re ready to enjoy them again.

Can I request specific flavors or quantities?

Occasionally, yes! If you’re planning a gathering or have a special request, use the Contact page to reach out.
If it fits into my weekly baking schedule, I’ll be glad to make it happen.

What about your weekly boxes?

The Weekly Sampler Box is a rotating selection of favorites and new recipes, offered in limited quantities each week.
